『Is there anything else you need?』
電話の向こうから聞こえてくる英語は、さっきの柔らかい日本語とは違って深みのあるしなやかな声だった。
日本語の時の声とのギャップに驚きながら返事をする。
「No, that's all. Thank you.」
『You're very welcome.We'll send them up to your room shortly.』
『Please enjoy your stay.』
そんな丁寧な定型文を残して、電話が切れた。
